Where: Meet in front of Religious Education Building
Extra Information:
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES SATURDAY:
** We will meet at St. Margaret’s between 7:00 – 7:15 a.m. to leave by 7:30am. We will have doughnuts and milk provided.
** We estimate that we will return to St. Margaret’s between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m., although it could be as late as 10:00 p.m.
WHAT TO BRING, WEAR, AND THE LIKE:
** Rain gear and umbrellas OR hats, umbrellas and hand water sprayers for cooling--CHECK THE WEATHER FORECAST
** Clothing appropriate to the day's weather (YOUTH GROUP T-SHIRT)
** Backpacks
** Comfortable shoes
** Sunscreen, chap stick
** Picnic blankets or tarps for gound-sitting
** Water/Snacks/Ice Chest
MEALS AND SPENDING MONEY:
** The festival will include meal periods for lunch and dinner, during which participants will be able to purchase food from Festival vendors.
** NO CASH will be accepted at FOOD AND BEVERAGE BOOTHS. Meal tokens worth 50 cents will be on sale at the festival. Each St. Margaret participant will have $5.00 of pre-paid meal tokens available to them.
** Religious articles, books and Catholic/Christian music cd's will also be available for sale. THESE ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED WITH CASH. Tokens will not be available at these vendor tents.
WRISTBAND POLICY:
** Upon arrival at the Abbey Youth Festival, each participant will receive a wristband and Festival program with a schedule, song lyrics and other pertinent information. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
